RETURN FOR MAJOR FAILURE OR UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

If your goods have a major failure or are found to be not of acceptable quality, then you are entitled to a refund or a replacement (as the case may be) provided that you notify ZENK of the faulty or damaged product within 30 days of you receiving it.

HOW TO ARRANGE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

You must contact ZENK (details below) to assist you with any return/s.  In order to process this request please provide your invoice of purchase with a written description of the alleged defect (with photos if possible). ZENK will promptly respond to any such request. 

Any costs or expenses incurred in returning the goods to us in order to process a refund or exchange shall be borne by the customer.

Returned goods must be in original undamaged / unmarked condition in factory packaging.

Please note that refunds will not be provided where you have simply changed your mind, made an error in your own selection or subsequently found the same or similar goods elsewhere for a lower price.
